its about, when someone likes you, like, really adore you. then he couldn't speak so much when you're right beside him. or when he stared at you his world turned busy of "what should i do?" "what will she think about me?"

that makes me realize that. once a person really meant their words. they WILL NOT say it easily. they will feel like "OMG i am afraid i just cant speak it out" or "i just cant stare her from this close distance" "she's just so amazing that my world turns so hard to say when i met her"
